Applications will be reviewed on a rolling and space-available basis for Grades 9-12
If there are spaces available, students are eligible to apply for admission anytime during the school year.
Hawthorne Valley uses Blackbaud to process online applications. Create your login and the system will guide you through the process of submitting your application and uploading reports. Once your documents are reviewed and approved, we will reach out with details for next steps.
Once the ‘9-12 online application’, ‘student’s written application’, and school records are received, the school admissions director will contact the parent/guardian to set up a two- to three-day classroom visit for the student — and a time during that visit for a meeting between the parent/guardian and the High School Faculty. The student will also have a short interview with members of the High School Faculty during his/her two-day visit.
After the student’s visit, his or her interview with the faculty, and the parent/guardian meeting, the parent/guardian will be notified by the school’s admissions director of the student’s acceptance status. If the student is accepted, a start date will be established, and an enrollment agreement will be sent via email from the school’s registrar with a request for a deposit to hold the space.
