Meet Early Childhood educators and the teacher for September’s 1st grade class

Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School’s new first grade teacher for September, Marie Conroe will collaborate with early childhood colleagues to lead the special story telling. The morning will include a story, music and crafts. There will also be time for parents to learn about Waldorf early childhood curriculum. No pre-registration necessary.

Marie Conroe will lead the upcoming first grade class at HVS beginning in the Fall of 2017. Conroe’s work in Waldorf-inspired education initiatives in Brazil and Japan influenced her pursuit of teaching as a vocation.  She has a B.S. in Entrepreneurship & Sociology from Northeastern University, and M.Ed. & Waldorf Teaching Certificate from Antioch University New England, and is a former Waldorf student.
