Main Office Administrator

Karine and her family moved to the area in 2013 from Takoma Park Maryland, just outside of DC. Their move was prompted by a desire to expand homesteading to large animals and raise three boys in a rural setting, yet live near cities and in a community full of culture. Karine has a background in database administration and application development. In her spare time, she runs a small dairy, provides technical support for Girl Rising, and volunteers with various community organizations such as the Berkshire Taconic Branch of the Anthroposophical Society and the Philmont Cooperative Market & Kitchen in addition to cycling in warm weather, traveling and being with family & friends.
