Yuuki Metraud

Math and Chemistry Teacher

Yuuki came back to Hawthorne Valley after many years and experiences outside of Upstate NY after graduating from Hawthorne Valley School (HVS). He graduated from Earlham College with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and has worked as a wilderness expedition leader, project manager and carpenter, a beekeeping business owner, and a bee researcher among other things. In his spare time he enjoys reading, building things, spending time outdoors with his family, cooking and tending to his bees. He is excited to return to the Hudson Valley and particularly to HVS to start a new chapter in his life.
