This Saturday, March 3, at 7 p.m., enjoy a free concert featuring alumnus Julian Müller on cello (’11) and Timothy Dunne on piano. The concert, “Sounds of Europe,” will include works by Dvořák, Schumann, Bartók, Chopin, and Brahms. Location: Christian Community Church, 10 Green River Lane, Hillsdale.
Cellist, Julian Müller has concertized extensively as soloist, recitalist, chamber musician and orchestral player in the United States and Europe. He has performed in concert halls such as, Alice Tully Hall, Carnegie Hall, the Mozarteum, Ozawa Hall, the Rudolfinum, and Severance Hall.
Müller is a strong advocate and performer of contemporary music. In 2016, Müller and art-pop band, YASSOU composed the ballet How They Fade, commissioned by the Louisville Ballet Company.
