On Friday, January 17, Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School will host its annual Middle School Science Fair. The event will run from 10:30 to 12:45pm, and is open to all HVS parents and students.

The Grade 6 students will present display posters on a research topic from Astronomy, the Grade 7 students will exhibit Kinesthetic contraptions (a.k.a. Rube Goldberg machines) that they have built in conjunction with the Physics block, and the Grade 8 students will display the results of a Science project of their choice in any scientific field.

Students will be prepared to answer questions about their projects. We hope you stop by to support our Middle Schoolers and see the results of their work in science class!
