Early childhood through grade 12

Hawthorne Valley Association
Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School is calling all thespians ages 10-16 to join HVS Alumnus Solomon Bergquist (Class of 2020) for an intensive exploration of the world of William Shakespeare at Summer's Lease Camp from June 19th - July 1st between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm! Each day will be structured with designated time for voice work, movement and acting exercises, exploration of memorization techniques, and dedicated time spent on understanding the selected texts. There will also be down time and breaks for lunch and snacks. Depending on the age, stage, and interests of the individuals who register, we will either do an abridged production of The Tempest or fully-produced scene work. Please email Solomon Bergquist for further information and to register. A child is pictured facing a sunset in a green, grassy field on a summer's evening. The words "Summer's Lease" float above in a robin's egg blue font on the top lefthand side.
